Refund & Return Policy

At Noiraa Luxury, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take immense pride in offering premium fragrances that meet the highest quality standards. However, due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict yet customer-friendly return and exchange policy.

This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.

  1. Return Policy

1.1 General Return Guidelines

Due to hygiene, safety, and industry standards, perfumes and personal care items are non-returnable. However, returns are allowed under the following conditions:

Damaged Product: If you receive a product that is broken, leaked, or damaged upon delivery.
Defective Product: If the perfume bottle or packaging has a manufacturing defect.                Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong perfume variant or size.

We do NOT accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind, personal dislike, or dissatisfaction with fragrance notes.
  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
  • Minor packaging damages that do not affect product usability.

1.2 Return Eligibility Criteria

  • The return request must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must provide a mandatory unboxing video along with clear images of the product showing the issue.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging (including outer box, wrapping, and intact labels).
  • If approved, a return pickup will be arranged only for valid cases.

1.3 Return Request Process

  1. Initiate a Request: Contact us via email at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide Proof: Attach an unboxing video and clear images of the damaged/incorrect product.
  3. Verification & Approval: Our team will review the request within 24-48 hours and inform you of the next steps.
  4. Return Pickup & Replacement: If approved, a return pickup will be scheduled, and the replacement will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
  1. Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible for an exchange.

2.1 Exchange Eligibility Criteria

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must provide an unboxing video and clear images for verification.
  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

2.2 Exchange Process

  1. Submit a Request: Contact us via email at [email protected] within 48 hours.
  2. Provide Visual Proof: Attach an unboxing video and images showing the issue.
  3. Approval & Processing: Once verified, we will approve the exchange and arrange a replacement.
  4. Delivery of Replacement: The replacement product will be shipped within 5-7 working days.

Exchanges are NOT allowed for:

  • Used or unsealed products.
  • Change of mind or fragrance preference.
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
  1. Refund Policy

Noiraa Luxury follows a strict no-refund policy except in rare cases where:
The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
The customer received the wrong product and does not wish to exchange it.

3.1 Refund Process & Timeline

  • Refund requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must provide an unboxing video and images for verification.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, etc.).
  • Refunds for COD orders will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

Refunds are NOT applicable for:

  • Change of mind or personal dissatisfaction with fragrance.
  • Used or opened products.
  • Delays in shipping due to unforeseen logistics issues.
  1. Order Cancellation Policy

4.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, customers must contact [email protected]

Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will NOT be accepted.

4.2 Noiraa Luxury-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:
Payment failure or verification issues.
Unavailability of stock.
Fraudulent transactions or suspected policy violations.

If Noiraa Luxury cancels an order, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns or cancellations.
  • Return shipping (if required) will be arranged by Noiraa Luxury for approved cases.
